My most successful client has finally did what doctor's said was impossible for her based on her weight and genetic background; she is now under 200 pounds. In October of 2010, I did a consultation with Lakell Maxell. The consultation last for about 1.5 hours. As of September of this year, She is now under 200 pounds. I can also give you what I know works with the least amount of unhealthy side effects. Many of the diets don't work. The new Weight Watchers (R) commercial says that diets don't work. I agree! Diets are temporary and only work temporarily. People usually end up in worse condition than they were before they started the diet. Then the next diet comes along. Then people try that one. Then the next one and so on, and so on. Most of the time, different promotions and fads are put out to increase business. Example: 0 Trans Fat and Low Carb When I saw this on the packages of food I laughed so hard because many of the items that they were putting this on were already low carb and never ever had any trans fat in them to begin with. I saw it on carrots and green beans. LOL This was hilarious to me. Most natural foods are low in carbohydrates and don't have any trans fat in them to begin with. Enough of that. My program works!
